BR: arm's reach cosleeper sheets?

We're looking to get one of these - the mini probably.  Anyone have one?  Do other bassinet sheets fit?  The Arm's Reach sheets are $17, while others are $5-7.

Re: BR: arm's reach cosleeper sheets?

  • holy large font - sorry about that!
  • I have the Original size and got it used.  It came with two sheets already but I also tried some crib sheets on it and they fit perfectly.  I read that a king sized pillow case will fit the Mini's mattress...so I imagine that bassinet sheets would fit just fine too.

Try posting your question on the Bump's Attachment Parenting Board.  Many of those gals use Arm's Reach Co-Sleepers.

  • Can i make a suggestion?  Have you seen both the mini and regular size arm's reach co-sleeper?  We ended up going with the regular as it seems that the mini would not last that long for baby (at least not my big boy). Just my 2 cents.  Also, we didn't buy any of the sheets since they were not soft at all and seemed really cheap. We did buy the waterproof mattress pad and the co-sleeper can with one sheet so we've just been using that.  HTH

Oh, thanks!  I don't even know about some of these boards.  I will post over there.

I'll have to look again, but I thought it said it was ok up to 23 lbs?  I'm really just using it as a transition to the crib - right now we're either sleeping on the couch with him on my chest or on the bed in between us in a sleep positioner.

  • I saw the mini in store and it is about the size of a bassinet.  I too got the original size, it's about the same size as a normal pack and play.

As for sheets I have the one it came with and I just sewed 2 others out of softer material, but a regular pack and play sheet might work?  Not sure what the difference would be, but I know you do want it to fit snug so if they are not the same size it might not work...

If you do end up going with the mini I have also read that a king size pillow case works.

  • We are glad we ended up with the Original size over the mini.  Our room is small, but the Original fits (I had to take some furniture out of the room to accomodate it though) and I feel good knowing we can keep her in it longer than the first few months.
