Had two firsts this week, I'm being pampered :)

Both reviews are in my blog if your interested. But I thought I'd post them here too.

I went and got my eyebrows threaded yesterday. Still not sure if it's a sham or not, still not comfortable having it done in the middle of the mall (this place wasn't thank God) but my eyebrows have never looked better so I am extremely happy.

I also went and got my first massage today. My sister is in massage therapy school and she was going to give me one but with my sciatica so bad she suggested seeing her teacher. I had the kind that Cissy posted about below, the kind that hurt! It was a deep tissue massage and I am so sore right now but so excited to see how I feel in the next couple days. You can bet that when I get back I will be calling to schedule my appt with my gift certificate from Bear!

So now my question is where in BR can I get my eyebrows threaded? I know where to go for my massage but I don't know about the eyebrows. Thanks girls!

I'm not sure where you can do the threading thing in BR. I had a friend in Florida who swore by it. She said it was even better than waxing, but I never got the nerve to try it. I will ask around for you though. I hope the massage helps with your pain. Let us know how you feel in a couple of days.

I have no clue where to do the threading either but when you find out, please let me know. I've always wanted to try it. Even though I lurve my wax girl.

There is a lady on Highland that does it. I can't remember the name of the salon I belive it starts with a "V" and it's a Latin name. I can't find it on google either. i'll keep searching.
