Have you guys heard of this group? They are just entering our local market, and we have been offered a free promotion where we get their full package for free. Since we were planning on putting our house up for sale privately in the next 2 weeks, I don't really see much of a downside to signing up with them.
I figure that if they are new to the city, they will be probably be doing a lot of advertising, which would be good for us - especially since it is free.
What are your thoughts?

I have a CW who is using them right now to list her house, she likes the ease of use.... it's still a lot of legwork, but a great place for people to list together for bigger impact.
I've seen the signs.
If it's anything like welist.com you'll still have to do a lot of self advertising, putting a small ad in the paper with your listing number will help.
And if they put you on mls it's definitely worth it imo.
