Thanks for starting it! I kept wanting to go back to that post and put my 2cents in.
It bothers me that T feels it was ok to lecture the poster when all the OP asked was how long did it take others to conceive not when should she seek help or anything about seeking help. Who the hell does T think she is to tell her HOW to state her question?! Ugh!
And, I know, this is snarky, but isn't T on another "break" from ttc b/c it isn't a convenient time to have a baby?

To be diagnosed, or even be CHECKED for fertility issues you have to have been trying for a year, unless you are over 30, and then they will check after 6 months.
That is the part that pisses me off the most. As true as it may be (true does not equal LAW as she makes it sound though) her tone was condescending and negative not supportive or positive. She was at 4 months at some point . . was she not worried/concerned yet then? I'll be honest . . it took us one month to conceive (I was charting prior but only bc I had been off the pill bc of my clots and was preventing) and if I had made it to 4 months w/out a BFP I would have been completely devastated. I do not envy Ts position but come on . . use your issue to help others not cut them down and tell them "What I'm going thru is worse . . you can get some sympathy from me after one year"
That part pissed me off too, Jen. I KNEW something wasn't right after 5 months of ttc when I stopped getting my period but wasn't pregnant. I guess, according to T, I should have waited another 7 months before going to a doctor. She's an idiot.

I just posted my piece too. Now I'm just waiting for the real fun to begin...anyone want to make a bet on how long it'll take her to post a reponse? I think we'll have one by this evening...9 or 10pm EST.
I am awaiting a response as well!!! She responded to others - either she didn't scroll down or she is most likely emailing her "followers" to stick up for her!
