Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Couple things...
Regarding my birth announcement question, I found digital paper packs on etsy (like here) where you can just buy the images and use them in PS to create whatever. I guess they're meant for scrapbooking but I'm assuming they'd work for creating birth announcements and other photo cards. Pretty cool. I just wish they were .psd files instead of .jpg but whatever. I'm sure they'll work okay.
And...I know you're a Lego fan and I assume you guys like Star Wars, since you guys consider yourself nerds. 
Can't remember if you've talked about Star Wars on your blog, but anyways...I had lunch with my friend the other day and she had this cool watch:
The links are plastic like legos and they have a bunch of different characters that you can order online here. They're so cool! I just ordered one for my BFF's son for his bday because he LOVES Star Wars Legos.

OMG those watches are awesome! If they had a Boba Fett one I'd be ordering it right now for Ben.
He may still need the Han Solo one as a silly birthday present in May...
As long as the resolution on those files is 300dpi, they should work fine! You have to post your design when you finish it!
