How should I spend this?
My MIL gave me a gift card to Williams Sonoma for X-mas. She thought I had several things on my wish list from there (I didn't). Now I can't find anything that we need or want there, but I know there are things. What I actually need/want are the following, a non metal ladle, a guard and pour spout for my mixer, an automatic milk frother. That's all I can think of. But we have a new house I know I'm missing something.

I use it almost everyday since I love good EVOO. The mixer shield and pour spout sound good too. Those are both on my list.
But the bastardos don't have them anymore. I have an oil mister and I agree with you, it's life changing.
We don't need nymore knives, I bought3 for John for Father's Day this past year. They only had one thing of hot chocolate and since I'm on a diabetic diet, I need to stay away from it. They do have the automatic frother, but you have to buy it with one of the espresso makers, and I don't want that.
I forgot that they have a home store though, so I think I might just get new towels. Exciting huh?
