Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Had aa bit of fun today.
Well I figured it was time to figure out how to lower the mattress in DD's crib after she tried to stage a jailbreak today. I heard crying through the baby monitor and then a kind of evil giggle. My daughter who up until this point has only managed to get herelf into a sitting position a couple of times (and that is only when she has had a wall to back into) managed to sit up and was in the process of happily pulling herself up the side of the crib. When I got into the room she started to laugh and discovered that when she stands up she can jump on her bed.
So of course I had to cheer her sitting and standing efforts and then help her more effectivly jump on her bed. But then DH and I had the fun task of swearing and fighting the bed until we lowered it. It was a little sad...my little girl is getting so big! How has this happened so fast?!
