Hey everyone how was your Christmas & New Years?
What was your favorite part?
Any craziness you want to share or need to vent about?
Re: Update Us!
Hey everyone how was your Christmas & New Years?Christmas was great! New Year agh...it was ok. Not bad the menudo was good. Joe and I were asleep by 11:30.... when we heard hootin and hollerin we woke up said Happy New Year to each other, then had to listen to the upstairs neighbor pound away or get pounded on ahahahaha
What was your favorite part?Spending over a week with my family.
Any craziness you want to share or need to vent about? My SIL is a complete witch. She has pictures in her myspace with DH ex-girlfriend and has her captioned as her " Sister in Law " I don't think Joe has seen it. It is really bothering me, but I don't know if I should mention it to Joe. Would you?
What was your favorite part? seeing my family
Any craziness you want to share or need to vent about? never again am I traveling as much as I did this year in such a short amount of time!ABSOLUTELY!
Thanks. I thought maybe I was being childish by wanting my Bumbo that she just helped herself to. I started to tell her tell your SIL to get you one dumb hoodrat
Relax * Relate * Release * this seriously makes me hot.
I would mention something as well! That's just not right and she obviously has some issues.
What was your favorite part? Not working for 10 days & spending time with the family.
Any craziness you want to share or need to vent about? We didn't go to Vegas like we wanted...boo. Watched Avatar in 3D and Sherlock Holmes...awesome movies!YES!!!! You should definitely say something. He probably hasn't noticed because boys don't seem to be as observant as us women.
Christmas and New Years was great time spending with DH and family.
I love Christmas time my nephews and niece opening presents and talking about everything.
Well Dh and I got into a little fight b/c I was going back to my parents b/c my brother came in from St. Thomas and I didn't know until last min. Well I end up not going my parents the fam wouldn't meet up with me. I was a little fustrated b/c if it was my sister they would have broke there back to meet half way. Oh well Dh and I had a wonderful time enjoying each other.
I agree boys are oblivious most of the time when it comes to details!
how was your Christmas & New Years? christmas was so great, new years was awesome, but very very busy. NYE we did our 4d ultrasound with both sets of grandparents, soooo awesome! then dinner that night with a bunch of friends/family on the beach...just perfect! new years day, i cried watching Bobby Bowden throw out the spear and coach his last game, then i had my family and TJ's family over for traditional roast pork and lentil soup for the new year. delicious!!! until my FIL decided to throw the pork fat down the disposal and it clogged - and ended up spitting it out on my roof!! i don't know how that even happened. it still isn't fixed.....saturday we had everyone over for our "turkey bowl" (since we were OOT for thanksgiving, it became the santa bowl) and all the girls drank champagne or hot chocolate and lots of yummy breakfast stuff and the guys played football, yesterday, big rivalry between eagles/cowboys, so that was lots of fun - but i'm exhausted!!
What was your favorite part? seeing my baby, spending time with both my parents and TJ's parents together, since that doesn't happen often.
ny craziness you want to share or need to vent about? not being able to use my sink, disposal or dishwasher after serving dinner to 12, hosting a football game/party and entertaining 6 people in my house until 9pm last night was definitely an experience....but well worth it for all the fun family time. seeing TJ's grandfather bent over the sink with a plugger working away was just priceless
Christmas & New Years: Had family Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. It was fun. NYE was very low key. Had another family dinner and watched a movie. The movie ended right before the countdown so we got to ring in the new year.
Favorite part: Seeing all the people I missed. I never thought I would get homesick, but I really miss being able to be around for family and friends birthdays and other holidays.
Craziness: Hm..Having to drive up the day after arrival to see the ILs. It wasn't terribly far, but.. I'll stop. It's a long story and let's just say it never seems to be an easy thing with the ILs. (I love them though)
