Favorite slow cooker meals?
I just asked Flip Flops this, but I thought it would be a good question for everyone. I love my slow cooker. We just got a new one from Crate and Barrell (woo Wedding gift cards!) that's huge and has a timer on it.
My favorite from the blog "A Year of Slow Cooking" (thank you Karrey). J and I call it "rich people chicken" because it tastes like something you would eat at a very fancy picnic.

Damn now I'm hungry and I have no lunch.
Re: Favorite slow cooker meals?
Ack, I was just going to post the link to A Year of Slow Cooking.
I have a recipe book that's just for slow cookers, but honestly most of the recipes don't sound that good to me. I'm not a huge meat eater, and I hardly ever cook red meat so I'm pretty limited with what I make in it.
I just got this book for Christmas and it has a bunch o crock pot recipes I've yet to try!

Less than 5 ingredients is my kind o cooking!
We did a few 'wing it' recipes in the crock this wkend... one with a venison roast (it was a watery stew) and then did the pork/saurkraut/brown sugar/potatoes mix for NY day.
I LOVE doing a mulled cider in the crock for parties!
D loves pulled pork from the crock pot. Just throw in a pork roast and some apple cider. YUM YUM. I make coleslaw and he puts that on his sammich with the pork and bbq sauce. One of his faves by far.
My fave is a good old fashioned beef stew like my mom used to make. Its the best recipe for it I have found. I find that people are picky about their beef stew and this one is famous amongst my friends.
Chicken spaghetti is easy and yummy too (chicken + rotel) and some other stuff too.
I have lots at home that I will have to post but I get a lot of stuff from A year of SC.
This is a new favorite in my household and super easy.

I will have to check out those recipes you all posted!
We just had a pot roast last night that I did in the ol crock pot! Love it!
Im pretty boring with my crock pot, its either rost or shredded BBQ chicken.
When DH and I were first dating, he made me a cake ina crock pot once...it was....interesting.
