Yaz to Nuvaring question
I'm getting conflicting information on this, and while I await my doctor's call back, I figured I'd ask here.
I finished my last active pill of my last Yaz pack on Wednesday. I'd normally be starting a new Yaz pack today, but my doc switched me to Nuvaring starting this month. The Nuvaring insert says when switching from another pill to Nuvaring, it can be inserted up to 7 days after my last active pill. BUT Yaz is different and has an extra 3 active pills per pack... so should I do 7 days (thursday) or today? What would you do?
