Edible arrangements?

If you have ever ordered or recieved one are they worth the money?  There is a super cute mickey mouse one that i want for ethan's bday that i saw in the parents magazine.  I thought about trying to do it myself but I don't have the patience to cut out fruit and arrange it. just looking fo opinions

Re: Edible arrangements?

  • I've ordered from them many times. They are expensive, but very cute and always seem to be appreciated / talked about. I usually get the plain containers as they tend to be less expensive than the fun containers and all people really notice is the fruit anyway.

The choc dipped apples are amazing, as are the strawberries.

You should be able to find a coupon code online - if you can't let me know. I have a calendar from them and it has a monthly code to use that ranges from $2-5 off.  Save more $$ by picking up yourself.

  • we get a buffalo magazine in the newspaper that always has a coupon in there.   the store is right down the street so we would definilty go and get it ourselves
  • I've had a couple of them sent to me and they're always so delicious. I say go for it!

  • I think that they're WAY too expensive. I got one for my dad once cuz he thinks they're cool... but I won't ever get one again. Just too much money for fruit.

My SIL made an awesome one for my shower.. but she isn't in town anymore.

  • I love them. Got one last year and it was delicious! I do think they're expensive but the time and effort to do one yourself is worth the $$ to me since right now, finding good fruit in the stores is tough.
  • Do NOT buy an edible arrangement. They cost of making it vs the cost of buying it is INSANE- like 10 bucks vs $60. Is there a pic online?
