How is everyone?
I've been better. David pretty much slept the entire day yesterday (kind of freeked me out but after his second long nap, he was running around like normal). He woke up with a fever again and was napping when DH left for work (I left earlier than DH). I'm afraid when he wakes up, he is going to freak out. I have been home with him since 12/23 and he has become very clingy to me.
As for myself, I defintely have caught David's cold. To make matters worse, I'm also on day 2 of aunt flo and I did something to my left foot yesterday, so I'm limping around like an idiot.
Why couldn't this all have happened last week when we were all off of work?
Oh well, time to stop complaining and get cracking with work.
Hopefully everyone else is better this morning

I'm pretty cranky this morning. I called 5 places last night after I found 3 more duplexes on my way home from work; none of them will consider Xena and I nearly let the one guy have it. He was a jerk, and accepts small dogs. I said to him "You accept small dogs but won't even consider a large dog when small dogs can cause as much or more damage?!" At least one of the guys was really empathetic...
I told Greg it would be different if ANY of these places were even options - I'd feel slightly better if we could at least go see any of them and then turn them down. LOL

I am really tired this morning. I woke up like 2.5 hours before my alarm was going to go off because I heard a noise and couldn't go back to sleep. I'm hoping I can get through the day quickly and go to bed early.

I'm on Day 2 of the craziness at work, but I found out late yesterday that we're bringing in a consultant to help me out with some testing for next week...that'll be a huge help (not enough help to get me a much-wanted vacation in April, but still, I appreciate not having to work 12 hr days).
I didn't know you were going to Mexico, Kristin! When do you leave? What area are you going to?

We are going to Puerto Vallarta the last week of Jan. It was a Christmas present from my parents who are also going. So we'll be bringing Declan but will have my parents there so I'm hoping Patrick and I can get away for a night out!

ETA: Mandy, that's a little funny! I can only imagine the
looks we'd get! LOL Your poor delivery people, the.. you guys definitely don't have to worry about anyone unwanted at your house! It's usually one of the first questions the landlords bring up, if I haven't. But now I'm saying she's a German Shepherd MIX because apparently that helps. 
Good call ... I feel a little bad being deceptive because we try to be really good tenants and up-front and honest and all that. But FCOL... thanks guys!
