Note to self -- if you drink three cups of coffee at midnight, it will catch up with you around 4:15 a.m. And then you'll be awake waaaaaaaay earlier than you want/need to be.

Dinner was awesome. My DH got a little scared...we usually have our girls nights "out" and this was the first time he really saw how silly/giddy we get when we're all together. Haha. He's a trooper, though! The only downside is I currently have a massive sinkful of dishes to do this morning.

If by "deep freeze" you mean "mid-60s" then yes. (Hey, it's cold by our standards!)

I wish I could explain my jealousy right now haha... I had 4 layers on when I got to work, and I was still freezing! Luckily my office is hotter than the 7th level of Hell, so I'm toasty now haha

Haha... not so much, I've had frozen cold water pipes for 4 days and when I went to the gym this morning it was 0 degrees with the windchill. I want to move... now.

DH and I might actually have to start opening up our cabinets at night. We've been hitting well below freezing for a couple days now, and the cold front still hasn't hit us. I love it but that's because I know it won't last long. I enjoy having at least a few days of winter weather in the winter before we head back up to the 70s.

But you can only take off so many clothes to cool down before you get arrested! Ha! And when you work downtown in a place like Austin and have no parking, you have to hike a quarter of a mile in heels and suit, and end up at work drenched. Blech.

True, Dallas has slightly milder temps in the summer, and slightly cooler winters. I'd move there for the weather (and lack of cedar) if I didn't hate it so much
