Yes, I am sentimental like that. I have a file full of every card Joseph has ever given me.
I am also considering a journal, where I can write to her over the years and then, perhaps when she's 18 or maybe when she's a bride or whatever, giving it to her.

Absolutely do it! Handwritten letters from her mum will be something she treasures, I can assure you! I keep meaning to start Maya's (yeah, two and a half years later lol) but never too late, I say. I used to write stuff on my old blog but I think handwritten letters are more vaulable.
