As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • Yesterday we had cream of broccoli soup, and tonight we're having the leftovers. (I make this soup all the time- it's delish!)

    Tomorrow we're having baked chicken, rice, and a frozen veg.

    Thursday I'm making beef stew, and Friday we're having the leftovers.

    Saturday we're having another couple over for dinner and I haven't decided what to make; I think I may roast a whole chicken.

  • haven't planned, except for Wed night we're doing fried rice & veggies-- friends are coming over!

  • Sunday- Antipasto Style Penne (Cooking Light recipe) This recipe used up some of our leftovers from our NYE pizza making extravaganza.

    Monday- Thai Red Curry Chicken & Rice

    Tuesday- Leftovers

    Wednesday- Leftovers

    Thursday- Soup from the freezer w/ cheese and crackers (Trying to use up the leftover cheese from NYE too)

    Friday- ?

     

  • Sunday: I grilled a few salmon fillets and seasoned them with crushed mint, rosemary, thyme, salt, lemon pepper and a little lime juice. I made steamed asparagus as a side dish.

    Monday: rice topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, green beans and drizzled with light Asian sesame dressing.

    Tonight: Morning Star meatless veggie burgers ("tomato & basil pizza burgers" yum!) topped w/ sauteed mushrooms, onions, swiss cheese and a *little* sour cream :).

    Wednesday: Breaded tilapia fillets w/ a side of either green beans or asparagus

    Thursday: Italian vegetarian 3 bean chili over rice (probably)

    Friday: not sure yet

    Saturday: TGI Fridays :P

  • Enchiladas & beef stew, twice. Then we'll have a crew of family/friends staying the weekend so I'm going to make some a big breakfast and some heavy dips to get us through the day and we'll probably order out for dinner.
  • Last night we had Fennel/Almond Crusted Chicken with Veggie Rice

    Tonight: Zero point WW soup

    Tomorrow: I will be in school, so I will probably make the Chicken Pot Pie we have in the freezer tonight, for tomorrow's dinner.

    Thursday: I will probably grab subway (will be in school again)

    Friday: Spicy Flank Steak with Pilaf

    I do Dinner A'Fare and LOVE it. We have lots of different things in the freezer to pick from Smile

  • Monday: Grilled steak salad

    Tuesday: Spaghetti with soy crumbles, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms & roasted broccoli

    Wednesday: Turkey vegetable soup with salad

    Not sure for the rest of the week!

     

  • We have no plan Indifferent

     

    Yesterday we forgot to thaw any meat...DH had a sandwhich and I had leftovers and made some fresh rice (some cheap 7 minute kind, mexican style and it was gross, so I'm not even saving the leftovers)

    Tonight, we forgot to thaw meet...and we don't even have a frozen pizza, I'm thinking we're going to have to grab dinner out

    Tomorrow, well I won't get home until 8:30 and DH will starve before then, he'll probably have Taco Bell

    Thursday, I VOW to thaw something out! 

    Friday, we're invited over to dinner with some friends and we don't have to bring anything

  • Monday - sloppy joe's and steamed veggies

    Tuesday - i think it's wing night out w/ neighbors

    Wednesday - leftover Potato soup w/ salad

    Thursday - taco salad

    Friday - ?

  • Monday - Stuffed peppers and salads

    Tuesday - Baked Potato Soup and salads

    Wednesday& Thursday - leftovers

    Friday - Homemade grilled pizza

    Saturday - Out

    Sunday - Sirlion Steaks with Mushroom Sauce, garlic chive potatoes and a green veggie

     

  • Sunday - Leftovers from DH's birthday

    Monday - Loose chopmeant & mashed potatoes

    Tuesday - Lemon/wine/butter sauce over chicken & panzetta salad

    Wednesday - Grilled Cheese & soup

    Thats all I got planned for now..

    Pork Ribs in the slow cooker

    Breaded/baked pork chops.
