Grocery store PSA
Big Y is having a huge sale right now, and it includes boneless pork roasts and pork chops. Buy 1 get 2 free. Same for bags of navel oranges and a bunch of other things.
My mom emailed me about it yesterday, so I went out and got 3 pork roasts, and roasted one last night with some sage and a side of dried fruit compote, wax beans (the produce section at 6pm was sadly lacking) and roasted sweet potatoes. We have a house guest this week, so I think she's really happy she's staying with us and doesn't have to eat cheap take out all week

Yummm...that sounds delicious! anything with sage is good. too bad there's no Big Y near me.
