Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I know I should be thankful to have a job, but at the moment I just want to run out of the door screaming and never return!
I work for a small company and that has it's perks as far as flexibility and not having to cut through so much red tape etc to get where you want to go but it also has a very LOW side! I honestly think this may be the #1 most unorganized company on the planet. Everything is done very last minute and it's always a scramble. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING is organized and if someone came to work here from a large corporation they would probably be in complete awe of how horrible it is. I am an organized person and I like to know what I am doing and what has to be done and by when. I understand everything doesn't always go as planned, but if just one thing a week could go as planned I would be so excited!
I am hoping 2010 is full of changes for me and one of those changes being a better job. I am going to have grey hair by 27 if not!
