Breakfast - strawberry shortcake yogurt and a cup of coffee
Lunch - Cafe steamers chicken marinara
Dinner - Shrimp Sensation salad
Snack - I haz a sad. I munched on chocolate covered pretzels my coworker brought back from Disney. Chocolatears. How was I supposed to resist!?!
Activity...I will at least dust off my wii fit tonight. Too cold to ride.
Breakfast- egg white omelet w/lf cheese
Lunch- almond butter, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumbers and oil/vinegar
Dinner- either baked lobster tails or baked tilapia, vegetable of some sort
Snack (M)- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds
Snack (A)- carrot sticks
Dessert (
)- 1 square organic dark chocolate
Activity- none today
Breakfast - I chose to nap instead of eating since DH is home this week.
Lunch - Golden Grahams Cereal, 2 deer sticks, and 4 chocolates. Lunch = Fail
DInner - Lasagna at the ILs
Activity - I ran .80 miles and then walked. 2.20 miles with a Hunter strapped on to my front. I think the extra Hunter weight should count for something right?
Breakfast: 2 whole grain waffles w/ smart balance & sugar & cinnamon
Lunch: Leftover Trader Joe's Orange Chicken, brown rice, apple
Snack: Trader Joe's Nonfat Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Salmon, Trader Joe's mashed potatoes, green beans
Activity: 40 minutes on the treadmill
B - 2 pieces of toast and sugar free choc milk
L - spring mix salad w/carrots, feta, vinegar & a shot of EVOO and a leftover twice baked potato
snack - a lil black raspberry ice cream
D - I'm making ground turkey tacos w/whole wheat wraps
did lvl two 30 day shred & have been cleaning all day, which will continue for a few more hours...stepMIL is visiting tomorrow!
oh and I had 1 piece of strawberry pez lol
Bfast - Honey nut cheerios with milk... Forgot to brew my coffee : ( M is gone, and I'm used to him doing it every morning!
Lunch - Spinach salad w/chicken... tangerine... and string cheese
Afternoon Snack - String cheese
Dinner - Probably a repeat of lunch
Activity - I'll bring out my wii fit tonight too... K we can be wii fit workout buds! : )
ETA: I might try out one of my new Jillian Michael's DVDs tonight too...

Activity- DH and I are starting a Karate class today. Every Tuesday and Thursday.
Breakfast - Apple and coffee. I need to start eating a real breakfast again.
Lunch - Tom Yum soup
Dinner - White bean and Kale soup
Snack - Clemintine, a cookie, and a stick of a Kit Kat. I can't turn down free food. Once left-over holiday candy ends, I'm going to try to cut down on my sugar intake.
Activity...First day back at the gym. I switch to one day of PT a week plus gym in the New Year.

Snack - I had some almonds earlier today, I'll probably have some grapes or a lowfat yogurt
Exercise - Wii active 30 day challenge, day 2
Breakfast - cereal w/skim milk and a glass of Trop50 OJ
Lunch - spinach salad with 'cajun' chicken
Snacks - bananas, sugar free dark chocolate pudding, pretzels
Dinner - turkey salsa chili; skinny cow ice cream sandwich or cone
Also had a bag of 100-calorie of popcorn waiting for DH to get home, grr (stupid grr ventish story).
Activity - rest (too sore to workout today, but i did the Shred lvl one yesterday)
yeah... too late for me to put down BLD, but...
I did week 1 day 3 of c25k!!!! Very psyched!
Breakfast: HBOs with Almonds, skim milk, a few sips of OJ to take meds, and tea
Lunch: 1/2 pb&j on wheat, baby carrots, celery sticks, grape tomatoes, honeycrisp apple, chips and salsa (mmm Frontera jalepeno & cilantro), diet coke
Snack: 2 laffy taffys, clementine
Dinner: tilapia, whole wheat couscous with lemon, broccoli, diet coke
Dessert: chocolate peanut butter bar (yes, an indulgence)
Exercise: I feel like crap! I am totally stuffed up, sneezing, and blowing my nose every few minutes. So no exercise.
B - bowl of frosted mini wheats
S - 2 mini cream puffs
D - Mexican meatballs and spanish rice
Exercise: 30 day shred and does shaking to death while pumping gas count as exercise?
B: Nothing, I wasn't hungry before work and got busy.
L: 2 small slices of left over pizza
