Question Re: Photoshare Cards...
Quick question...for those of you that used photoshare cards for your wedding guests to upload their pictures to - did any of your guests use them? What was the response?
We had them printed with precise directions and everything and not one single guest uploaded pictures. I just wondered if anyone else had the same or a better experience with them.
Re: Question Re: Photoshare Cards...
We also had instructions on business-card-size photoshare cards at the reception. We didn't hand them out, but they were at each table and a bunch were right by the guestbook.
We only had about 4 guests post their pictures and my mom was one of them. I got a lot more through Facebook, so I know they exist, the guests just didn't use the site we put up. I still think it beats the price of disposable cameras though.
Only the grooms dad
and the photos were awful!
Most people didn't even take the cards that we had sitting out by the guest book and of those who did we didn't have even one person use them (not even my own mother).

We used them and not one person uploaded to our site. Several people used facebook - go figure.
There again, I'm not sure how many people even went to our site.

Ours were put out by the guest book and on the gift table. Some were also scattered on tables. Practically no one took them, based on the amount I brought back home. We sent them out with every TY card, and to this day have only had 3 guests upload pics! One of those guests took the WORST pics, they're so blurry and just plain bad quality.
I even sent out an email reminding people about the website, since 20 people have joined the group room on Snapfish... nothing new yet.
A few people uploaded pics to Facebook, but they're such low-quality pics, I can't do anything with them... grrrrrrr.
I KNOW there are so many more pics out there!
I would love it if the couples from the two weddings we've attended since ours had photosharing sites; I took a ton of photos for those brides, and have no idea how to get their photos to them now!
My Wedding Bio! Not updated in a LONG time!
