I read about your Bible in a year post - good for you!

I don't know if you're already doing it, but there's a "One Year Bible" out there that literally has specific readings for you to do each day.  It does't go in order of the Bible, but by the time you do all 365 sets of readings, you will have read the whole thing.  Some books of the bible are tougher to get through than others, and it really helps break everything up. http://www.amazon.com/One-Year-Bible-NLT-Translation-2/dp/1414302045/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1262741860&sr=8-2

There's also a website, if you don't want to buy the book: http://www.oneyearbibleonline.com/

  • That's awesome!! Thanks! My Bible has it broken down into 365 days, but it pretty much goes in order. I'm going to look into the web link you posted.

A friend of mine told me about a "read the bible in 90 days" book. I've yet to find it, and am not sure how it would be done...but she's trying to follow it.

    ... That's a lot of reading!!! I don't think I could do that!

  • Amanda - are you planning on reading just the New Testament? Or both?
  • I plan on reading the whole thing! But I will take the whole year. I agree, 90 days just doesn't make sense in my head.
