  I would wait the 15 minutes (which has probably already passed.)

  If they say take him to the ER, see if your Mom, Sister or YH can meet you there.  You're sick too... and calling in reinforcements/support at a time like this is completely acceptable and a special circumstance.

  I'm sorry Mel I don't know what to tell you.  I know the ER sounds scary but its much better going there and being seen right away than going to a crowded doctors office and then possibly still being sent to the ER.  I will keep you guys in my thoughts.

  Just saw this. Call the Dr for sure when they open. They will probably see him there first, and then might send you to the hospital depending on if he is dehydrated or not to get some fluids in him. My friend just went through this with her little one. Feel better David, and start drinking and stop scaring your momma, she doesn't feel well as it is!

  the earliest they can see us is 10:45 (the dr. doesn't get in until 10)

  He just had a wet diaper, so that's better than nothing but 2 in 24 hours doesn't sound good to me at the moment.

  I am glad that they are seeing you right away and hopefully you don't have to go to the ER.

  It definitely sounds like he's dehydrated...but 2 wet diapers in 24 hours is better then none.

  Let us know the appointment goes. It's perfectly normal to be a little scared!
