  • Breakfast:  Quaker Lower Sugar oatmeal w/ skim milk, coffee

    Snack:  Banana

    Lunch:  PB&J, Baked Lays, apple

    Snack:  Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt, clementines

    Dinner:  Leftover Quick Chicken Corn Chowder, salad

    Activity:  Depends on what time I get home from work, but hopefully 30 min on the treadmill.

  • Breakfast- egg white omelet w/lf cheese

    Snack- plain ff greek yogurt w/agave

    Lunch- spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green pepper, oil/vinegar, and almond butter

    Snack- pomegranate seeds, lf laughing cow cheese wedge, and wg crackers

    Dinner- baked lobster tails, quinoa, vegetables

    Dessert- 1 square organic dark chocolate

    Activity- not sure, may try to do Shred, but woke up to unexpected and painful cramps today so we'll see

  • Breakfast - cup of coffee....i was too busy to eat anything else

    Lunch - turkey, tomato, lettuce sammich

    dinner - Im not sure yet.  Something with shrimp and a salad for sure. 

    afternoon snack will be yogurt

    activity will be wii fit that i didnt get to dust off yesterday because I worked too late.

    Snack- Hot Chocolate

    Lunch- Beefaroni

    Supper- No clue, I forgot to set something out.

    Activity- No clue there either. Maybe a little "Band Hero" the drums really give your arms a work out.

    B: Peach Greek Yogurt and Smart Start crushed in it,  COFFEE!!!

    S: carrots (I will turn orange yet!), small apple

    L: sammich-wheat kaiser, spinach, tomato, leftover spiral ham, cheese, mayo, grapes, Crystal Lite iced tea

    S2-cause I snack way to much... prob wedge o LC cheese and RF triscuits or some dark choc hershey kisses

    D: O'Douls-amber, maybe soup? Lazy no want to cook night...

    ACTIVITY: 40 min strength training... maybe Pilates if I get to it =)

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal, banana, non fat milk

    Snack; Orange, Trail mix

    Lunch: salad with spinach, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, carrots and hard boiled eggs (2)

    Snack: Apple

    Dinner: Steak Fajitas with whole wheat tortilla and whole pinto beans

    Desert: ice cream with 3/4c berries (black and rasp)

    Activity: I'll give prenatal pilates another try.  That video is hard though!

  • B: Special K Chocolate Delight and a cup of Oolong/Rooibos tea

    S: Grapes, 10 Tortilla chips w salsa, a mini reese cup

    L: Raman Cup O Soup

    D: Mahi-Mahi pan fried with either baked potatoes or "chip" as the Engligh call them. I'm pushing DH on the baked potatoes for health

    Workout:

    30 minutes of cardio.

    I really need to pull the WiiFit back out and have DH put the Wii back in the living room so I can do it.

  • B & L = nothing.

    S= D&D's Caramel Latte (med-no whip)

    D = either leftovers from mexican meatballs or taco salad or it's going to be fast food.  It's just me tonite so I don't have a desire to cook.

    Activity = another round of the shred since I know tomorrow it's just not going to happen, too many errands to run with P tomorrow

    Snack - blackberry yogurt lite and some almonds

    Lunch - gluten free fettucine meal and some grapes

    Snack - baby carrots

    Dinner - not sure yet.  I have to see what DH is up to

    Activity - going horseback riding tonight

  • Breakfast...Honey Nut Clusters (or something like that) Cereal

    Snack...Sugar Free Red Bull

    Lunch...Yogurt with Granola and Blueberries and a Banana

    Snack...Probably another Red Bull...I'm dying!

    Dinner...Salad!!

    Activity...Work may be my physical exercise today due the weather coming in!  Instead of the elevator I've been taking the stairs though and I've been walking all over the damn place!  But if I miraculously make it to the gym I'll do 1HR Interval on the Eliptical and then attempt Interval Jogs on the Treadmill.  The other day I did this and pretty much died so I'm excited to do it again!

     

  • 2 egg whites and coffee.  I had planned to eat some grapefruit, but haven't gotten to it.

     3 egg whites, broc/caulf mix, grapefruite, Pepsi Max.

    Dinner??

     

    I will either do a 3 mile run/walk on the treadmill or 1.5hrs on the Wii Fit.

     

    Oh yeah!  I forgot to tell you guys DH got me the Wii and Wii fit and bunch of games for Christmas.  He already HAD IT the whole time we were talking about it.  When I thought that I accidentally talked him into getting it.  He already had it.  Stinker! lol  He is usually such a bad lier!!  He totally had me fooled, oh and Robyn was in on it too!  And my dad!! haha  Conspiracy!!

  • Breakfast: The most delicious granola bar I?ve ever had. And coffee.

     

    Lunch: Left over Kale and White Bean soup. It was VERY delicious.

     

    Snacks: Broccoli, pepper, apple, and clementine.

     

    Dinner: Left over rotisserie chicken and veggies or a side salad

     

    Activity: Physical therapy ? ouch. I may gym after work but I was a little late today so I need to make up time.

  • Breakfast: whole wheat toast with peanut butter, green tea

    And then I had some coffee, which I don't normally do, because the hotel is out of green tea now, and now I'm shaking like a leaf!

    Lunch: TJ's tomato and roasted red pepper soup, half a grilled cheese on wheat, and a satsuma

    Snack: maybe nothing, maybe a string cheese or another satsuma if I'm hungry

    Dinner: Feta and spinach stuffed chicken, quinoa, zucchini

    Treat: probably 2 chocolate turtles, to be honest, because we still have a bunch of really good chocolates from Christmas in the house.

    Work out: 30 minutes of cardio (rowing and/or stair climber) 30 minutes of weight lifting.

  • B: um...a glass of water. i overslept and stepMIL was almost here!

    L: seafood bisque soup

    D: one of those steamer things: carrots, navy beans & spinach in a light garlic sauce

    S: a handful of homemade fries 

    A: went antiquing & walked around south philly for 3 hours with stepMIL. I plan to do some wii fit tonight as well

  • B: cereal and glass of Trop50

    L: spinach salad with 'cajun' style chicken and low-fat italian dressing

    S: banana, fat-free dark chocolate pudding, pretzels and peanut-butter crackers

    D: baked tilapia and whole wheat pasta; skinny cow

    Activity: Day 2, level 1 Shred

  • Breakfast: vernors, 1 slice peanut butter toast

    Lunch: same as yesterday plus MIL's homemade biscotti 

    Dinner: baked chicken, baked potatoes, and brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar and honey

    Exercise: 28 minutes doing resistance intervals on the elliptical, 15 minute cooldown on the bike
