Prayers needed
My mom called me last night to tell me that my dad was being admitted to the hospital with a high fever of 103.5. This morning he was sent to ICU and is being sedated and intubated. He has the pnumencocal bacteria in his blood and is expected to get worse. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
Needless to say we are heading to Michigan tonight and not sure how long we will be there.

I'm so sorry to hear that colleen. I hope that he recovers quickly. I don't remember, was your dad sick before? does he have an underlying health problem?
