As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

RAVE - our fridge repair dude!!
Our power went out sometime on Christmas Eve while we were out and our fridge (4 years old) flipped out.
We thought we solved the problem, but then on NYE (it hates holiday's I guess) it did the same thing. Top shelved not cold, bottom shelves ice cold (like frozen tomato, cold).
I called the GE repair hotline and someone was out in 2 days. He even gave me a discount on the labor since it only took him about 25 minutes to solve the problem. He also gave us a new water filter for $9 less.
Woot!
