I took second!
I must've given myself a good enough lead, but I was SHOCKED to see the results - more than a handful PUT ON weight over the 11 weeks!
Way to go Paula! I'm proud of you!
I almost joined the 7/11 challenge at my gym (basically it ran from right before Thanksgiving until the 4th of January - you were expected to maintain your weight since it was the holiday season but if you lost weight, you could win a prize. You also had to work out at the gym for at least 30 minutes three times a week). The only reason I didn't join it was because I missed out on the sign up deadline. I'm so mad too because I would have most likely won! The girl who won lost 1 pound in that time frame. I've lost 5!
Oh well.
Side note: The guy who won lost 8.
