Hey gals! So I know we've all moved on from TK, but my SIL is getting married and her and her FI want a twilight wedding - NOT twilight like the books - but as in the time of day, right after sunset, etc. I'm trying to help them think of some creative ideas and ways to incorporate this.
And because all of you ladies are so helpful and creative... I'm hoping you can point me in some directions!
Any help would be great!
And all of your wedding pictures have been beautiful! I know I didn't post much, but you were all so very helpful! TIA!!!
Re: Helping my SIL
^ ^ ^ Agree with that. I also love seeing candles at night weddings.
Ditto the candles, they'd be perfect with that theme. I'm also thinking paper lanterns would fit in too.
Do you know if she's having the wedding outdoors? An "enchanted forest" type thing comes to mind for me, I think that would be cool. (I feel like someone on here did that... Am I imagining things?) Or maybe down-home, picnic elegant like this?
I think rich "sunset-y" colors would be good- deep blues, violets, oranges, etc. Sounds fun!
MY BLOG!
Exactly what I thought too! Black, blue, purple, gray and silver. Stars and glittery things as well as smal white lights a candles would be perfect.
Love this!!!! Also if they had their reception outdoors, they could hang lots of little light lanterns above and possibly put lighting under each table so that it is very glowy....you could even do light purple lighting with lots of petals and tea lights on the tables and maybe silver manzanita trees which have glitter on them and hang crystals/diamonds from the branches? Oooohhh....pretty....
