An interesting lecture about sugar
The agave post made me think about this, because I've recently decided that Cargill makes their employees sell their souls or something when they work there. We used to have a completely reasonable friend who is very smart who freaks out when I mention cutting out HFCS. He says we "Can't agree to disagree when it comes to his livelihood."
Aaaanyway, I just started watching this lecture my brother sent a few days ago. It's got nine segments that are 10 minutes long so it's kind of hefty but it's interesting so far.
