Romantic MLK getaway?
Hello! does anyone have suggestions on nice inns/hotels in new england for a nice getaway next weekend? We could use it!

A few years ago, DH and I stayed at The 1785 Inn in North Conway, NH. Great views of Mt. Washington and close to the "downtown" area. It's very cute and they have a great dining room that over looks the valley. Very romantic.

The Snowflake Inn is great! That is where we went for our 1 year anniversary! If you say you were referred they will give you an extra night free if you get the romantic package plan!
Second vote for the Norwich Inn & Spa.
The Litchfield Inn in Litchfield, CT is great also- they have themed rooms you can pick from at reasonable prices I think. We stayed there in the Sherlock Holmes room when we got married. There's a new restaurant also, but if you go just up the street to the center of town there's cute shops & other places to eat. I recommend the Salt Water Grille.
