B- Sausage Egg Buiscuit & Chocolate milk
Snack- coffee
L- Left over Chicken alfredo & Sprite
Snack- apple sauce
S- No idea Maybe some hamburger helper
We didn't get to play Band Hero, but I did play with 4 year old triplets so I got a pretty good work out... oh yeah and we colored.(I love to color!!)
I don't think we'll have karate class tonight if the roads are bad.
Breakfast- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low sodium
Snack- plain ff greek yogurt w/agave
Lunch- spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green pepper, oil/vinegar, almond butter
Snack- pomegranate seeds, wg crackers
Dinner- baked chicken, veggies
Dessert- 1 square organic dark chocolate
activity- shred
Breakfast- Oatmeal, Apple, Non fat Milk
Snack- Orange, Trail Mix
Lunch- Salad with hard boiled egg (yesterday I ended up meeting my sis for lunch, so had a CPK salad instead of homemade salad)
Snack- celery and peanut butter
Dinner- Not sure, something with chicken breasts. I think that I have to go to the store.
Snack- 1 c Ice Cream with 1 c berries.
Activity- Maybe the gym again maybe the pilates video. I ended up not doing the video yesterday since my sis and I walked around an outdoor shopping center and I was EXHAUSTED when I got home.
B: PB on whole wheat toast (I've been craving it all week)
L: tomato and red pepper soup, salad
Activity: Sit on my butt and watch football
I ate what I planned yesterday, and we did go to the gym. I did 10 more minutes of cardio than I planned - 40 minutes on the stairmaster! The one with the moving stairs

B: Ham, egg, cheese sammich on wheat toast
L: Ham, cheese, spinach sammich on wheat (I feel like I just wrote the same thing above... wth!)
S: (have been busy w/ a customer who thinks an appt at 1 means, come in at 10:30-which is fine cause now I can have a long lunch!) no snacks yet---prob carrots on my route to becoming orange, Dark Choc hershey kisses (stupid candy drawer)
Activity-I did my strength training yesterday-still hate it, but not as sore... This eve-may do some low key pilates or just rest my lazy a$$ on the sofa since I work a long day. I'm following in Jenny's footsteps-minus the football...
B: Apples and two figs. And coffee
L: Tuna sandwich and lettuce and sprout on wheat. Mmmm. And some veggies.
S: Clemintine. Possibly a snickers.
Activity: Gym after work.
Yesterday, I also ate a few chips and some Rocky Road Ice Cream. It's my one true love. Once I find the marshmellow - omg.
B: Oatmeal
L: Leftover steak and mashed potatoes
D: Either brown rice with roasted veggies or pasta
Workout: 30 minutes of cardio
Yesterday: I ate breakfast and lunch as I stated, but DH and I went to Applebees for dinner bc it was date night. And we made hot cocoa to have while we watched our movie. So we will have to have the fish another day. But, I exceeded my workout. I did over 30 minutes of cardio. Plus, I did some ab workouts.

B: Yogurt and coffee
L: Sushi roll no creamcheese without the rice (yes, I pick my sushi apart when dieting)
Snack was some pretzels earlier and afternoon snack might be yogurt if i need it
Activity: Wii fit when i get home and lots of laundry. all that bending over counts right? lol
I agree! I may even do a little light lifting. Of a beer. I find that I get excellent results!
Breakfast: 2 whole grain waffles w/ Smart Balance Light, cinnamon & sugar, coffee, banana
Lunch: I was at a meeting and we went out to lunch during the break so I didn't have many choices. I got a chicken salad wrap and wasn't going to eat all the chips that came with it, but then I did.
Dinner: Morningstar Farms Black Bean Burger and whatever I can find to go with it. I didn't plan dinners very well for this week.
Activity: 45 minutes on the treadmill.
Yesterday: I stuck to my eating plan, but didn't get in any exercise.
