Coworker: "No that's my sister she's working here now."
Um okay, way to let everyone know. I'm not blaming the coworker but our office manager. Communication around here is lacking.

WTF?! Or, being Ms. Social, I'd introduce myself... Momma always said when you're in an uncomfortable situation, YOU break the ice - it's empowering.
I did introduce myself, gave her some forms that she will need today and tomorrow. Plus I offered my help.
Communcation in this office is lacking. We are also completely out of paper. There is an office supply store across the street but no one but our office manager is allowed to get supplies.

No idea about the wacko supply policy but I'd go and ask my manager why that client over there has taken up residence at a desk ??
