  I'm on Blogspot. I haven't been blogging long though so I can't tell you much of the pros and cons. I have been able to modify templates and there are a bunch out there to help you along - you can modify backgrounds, add pictures, etc. I haven't quite figured out what my limitations are, but so far, I'm satisfied.

  I also use blogspot.  No major complaints......it gets the job done.

  I use WordPress, I really like it. It's very customizable.

  I've had a blog on blogspot for a couple of years now and I like it just fine. My only complaint is that I changed my email address recently to reflect my new last name, but because both old and new addresses are on gmail, as is blogspot, it won't let me change the host address without creating a whole new blog.  Or if it does allow that, I can't figure out how, so I have to sign out of my new email and back into the old one in order to update my blog.  It's a bit of a PITA and the reason I don't update it as much as I used to.
