I really like the format of the one that was posted before. Just an idea/suggestion though...
Since most of us Nest in the morning/from work, we often don't know what snack/dinner/exercise we will or won't get to. Also, I can't count how often someone brings a snack I wasn't expecting into the office or calls and asks me to meet for coffee or dinner. So, I may post "D = Grilled Chicken Sandwich" because it's what I planned, but what I actually had was "D = Fried Burritos and Margaritas and Chips & Salsa" because my BFF decided she wanted to go for Mexican and didn't call me until 6:00 p.m. to invite us. You know?
So, I'm wondering if the thread might work better posting what you ate/did the day before (so, post Wednesdays on Thursday, Thursdays on Friday). This way, it can be used more as a reflective tool rather than a planning tool, and it will force us to really look back on what we DID do rather than what we plan/think we might do.
Thoughts?

Part of me likes your idea, but part of me doesn't.
The concept, is planned eating - you plan your day out in advance, that way it helps you look at your calorie intake. (ex. say, I'm planning on going out to dinner for mexican fiesta night, then I know, that I should cut down on what I eat for B/L & S's.).
At the same time, I understand how people can be last minute, and plans change. If I were to not pay too much attention to what I eat today, knowing that I don't have to "look" at it till tomorrow, then I may eat, more then I want to - thus, causing me to go into a crazy pattern.
Just my thoughts.
