    pretty stagnant, I lost 40 lbs over the last year, gained 10 back, lost it again, and here I sit, not going up and not going down. I'm getting a treadmill this weekend, hoping a new push with the work out will get me moving again.

    Losing 40 pounds is still pretty amazing!  I'm very proud.  That's hard to do on your own.  They had people on the Today show yesterday who had lost weight "on their own" (although one had the help of Jenny Craig I believe) and it made me think of you and how hard it is to do.  Good luck!
