Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

StepDad Update
He is still in the hospital. He saw a cardiologist and is wearing a heart monitor for the next 24 hours. He also had more tests and bloodwork. His diabetes/sugar is fine. He was given two shots of insulin yesterday.. he usually just takes a daily pill. My Mom is waiting to talk to the doctors. His blood pressure went down to 130/60 and the swelling in his feet and legs has also gone down. Right now the dr. also has him on a low-sodium low cal food intake.
Other than that.... I have no new updates... maybe later tonight!
