I'm not sure if he covers that area but we worked with Matt Greene with Homestead Group. He was FABULOUS. We sold and bought through him. In fact, last year, Feb 09 actually, when the market was super slow, he sold our house in 5 days and only a few 1000 below asking price. He's a hard worker and always available.
