Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Being the boss sucks!
Sometimes being the boss just sucks!!!! I feel like all I have done this week is change thing, reprimand people, change job duties etc. I am glad tomorrow is Friday. Still more reprimanding tomorrow. ugh!
I guess if everyone did what they were suppost to do I wouldn't have to talk to them. This week has flown by for me.

But if you weren't the boss...then who get things done? and you wouldn't be able to come down to the OC right? Sometimes with responsibility comes hard choices, and even though we dont like them, we have to do what is right? right? xoxo,
