So mad at Dh I didnt make him dinner!
So. When we got married and then bought the house, I called up my Insurance lady and talked rates. DH had his own Ins some place else and was paying $204 a month for his ins. By putting him on mine I saved hime $80 a month! Thats $960 a YEAR! He has had accidents and Speeding tickets...I've never even had a parking ticket. When I put him on my Ins I made him SWEAR he wouldnt get a speeding ticket because I didnt want it to effect our rates.
What did he do last night...
CRIMINAL SPEEDING TICKET
AND
Did not have his current insurance card on him, so he got a ticket for that (which can be removed with proof of ins)
I was floored. Not only does he get a ticket, but criminal. You can not go to school for that. He has to go to court. Our ins WILL go up once they find out about it...
And the kicker...We got a letter from the Ins co last night saying our payments were going down.

This! Agent, we should ship your DH and my DH off to some sort of school for men. Where they learn not to make idiot choices that result in angry wives.
Also, based on your meal planning and your dinner expertise, I'd say the punishment fits the crime, your dinners sound delicious so I bet he missed out!
I'm so sorry sweetie! That totally sucks. And I can understand your frustration because the same thing happened to us last month and he just doesn't get it. Not at all.

That sucks. Guys can be such awful drivers.
My DH drives like a complete idiot. I'm waiting for him to get a ticket or in an accident. In the past month, he got pulled over once and somehow got out of it (he didn't have his card on him either) and last Tuesday he blantantly drove through a red light camera and got a $100 fine. He claims he didn't know it was a red light intersection but we drive by it all the time. Maybe he needs his eyes checked.

In AZ a criminal ticket could land you in jail, get your license taken away, and it will FOR SURE make our insurance rates go up.

I thought about that Lore...we will see how it effects our over all rates...We get TONS of discounts because we have the 2 cars, plus an Umbrella over the cars and house, plus home ins...so since we carry all these policys, we get a better rate. BUT if this stunt will cause every thing to jump by keeping him on vs him going some where else...well..we will just have to wait and see.
