**Paula**

The house is 4 bedroom 2 bath. Hardwood floors all upstairs. Its a bi-level house which we had to get accustomed to because in Ohio these are non existant. Whereas here, a 2 story or single story house is non existant. Its a foreclosure by the lumberyard who built it. It has all brand new appliances in it. The basement they are calling finished because the drywall and walls are up and the full bath is done minus the flooring. Our realtor said we can include a carpet allowance in when we make a bid so it would be all done when we move in.

Nicks commute to work will be about 20-25 minutes instead of 15 because it is in the country but in a good subdivision where this lumberyard built all of the houses and all but one sold right away and this one they had renters in it who had upgraded the floor (thank you!!) We would need the basement done fairly soon but my stepdad has done pretty much every renovation so he even said he could come up and stay for a while to do some things if we needed but all we really need is carpet and trim downstairs and thats it :)

Re: **Paula**

  • That sounds great!  (We currently have a split level and like the additional space it affords like the bi-level!)  Do you have any pics?

A 20-25 minute commute isn't so bad, especially since the area is nice!  Hopefully since it's a foreclosure, they'll be super eager to get rid of it and compromise with you guys to get a great deal!

  • I can email them to you. Which email should i send it to? Just because the pictures are off of the listing which has the address. If we go back were taking our own pictures since some of the rooms are missing in pictures.
  • I'm not sure which addresses you have for me, but if you have my work one (myfirstname.mylastname@companyname.com), I get that the fastest.  Otherwise, either yahoo or gmail I check (yahoo more than gmail.)
  • I sent it to your work one.
