I just lost my M.P. ![]()
Now normally I know they say if it comes out too early it'll regenerate itself but...I'm not to sure now since I'm 37wks+. Do I get a little excited yet?
Yesterday from about 3pm to about 11pm+ I had this nagging like 'period cramps' pain across my whole bottom of my bump and they were between 10-15 min apart. It was hard to walk too. Not that I couldn't but I was walking much slower! LOL We were at my parents house so I'd signal DH everytime they happened just in case, to time it. We got home at 9:30ish and I decided to take a bath and went to bed to see if they would stop. They got a bit stronger and woke me up at 10:45. {I'm a light sleeper so its no surprise I felt it} I went back to bed but I felt it a few more times.
Woke up today with still feeling it but it was very light, took another bath and stayed home laying down all day. Went to the bathroom 20 min ago and HELLO! There's no mistaking that...![]()
Re: TMI Warning: What's next?
I lost mine around 41w and well never went into labour and had to be induced. My SIL lost her's around 36w and went into labour at 40w. So it is one of those things that is all over the place (seriously wouldn't it be easier if it wasn't????).
I would just relax and pay attention to your body and what is going on. I had what I thought was contractions for about 4 weeks. Ugh...I had such false hope.
A good thing is that I have my Dr.'s appointment tomorrow so I'll know more after that...
Sarah - I'll get my rest in as much as I can! DH has been really good with helping out and with me at home already = couch bum! LOL
Jen - That's so frustrating, I wish it was the 'same' for everyone! I think I'm too clinging onto false hope!
Thanks Ladies!
any progress is good news in my books, I'd be excited too!
I also remember saying at the last GTG that I wouldn't be surprised if your baby arrives before mine... who knows, just might be true!
For your own peace of mind I hope not!!!
I lost mine at my 40wk appt! It happened when he wanted to see if I was dilated at all, which I was 3cm actually. But I never went into labour on my own, I had to be induced at 41 weeks. I had a few pains off and on but nothing consistent.
I hope all goes well for you!! Just pay attention to your body like someone else said... and REST!! GL!!
it can re-generate, so I lost mine and it regenerated and then lost it again when I went into labour.
Damn unpredictability...
