Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I finally recieved my proofs today and although im not as happy as i thought i'd be, i did get them from him.

I'm glad you you finally got them.
Did you end up going to his house or contacting him again? Or did he get them to you on his own?
i e-mailed him one more time and threatened legal action along with contacting the BBB and attorney general two days ago.
i opened my e-mail and they were here today.
