    L: Tuna sandwich! And more coffee

    D: Nachos and beer! WOOO.

    S: Clemintines

    Activity: Nothing today except my normal PT ab excercises.

    Yesterday . . . I think I was pretty good. I had a great time at the gym. Once I'm there I love. I feel so much better when I move around like a crazy person.

  • Breakfast-  bowl of oatmeal

    Snack- PB & J sammy

    Lunch- pasta w/ spicy tomato sauce

    Dinner- ???

    I probably won't do any physical activity today because I am EXHAUSTED! but I do plan to start on my New Year resolution tomorrow which is to start jogging again.  Can't wait!

  • Breakfast: Waffles and chocolate milk

    Lunch: Salad and diet coke

    Dinner: Probably going out with my M & D to get mexican

    Snacks: Clemintine, string cheese & Yogurt

    Activity: Gonna start the 30day shred I think in a few... Might as well do something productive while I wait for the stupid Verizon FiOS guy to show up!

    Yesterday was AWFUL. I'm starting over : )

    L: A slice of hot potatoe pie from Mellow Mushroom

    D: Roasted chicken with red potatoes and carrots

    Snack: Probably some cookies or chips or something. We will be up late I'm sure.

    Workout: 30 minutes of cardio & abs

    Yesterday: I stuck to my eating plan pretty well. I usually don't include a snack bc I'm not sure if I will snack based on how late I am awake. Last night I was up late, so I have about 10 potatoe chips with dip and a cookie. I worked out but not 30 minutes. I was sore from the day before so I did a smaller workout to recoop.

  • B- Gravy and buscuit, orange juice

    S- hot chocolate

    L- Chinese

    D- Hamburger Helper

    Activity Last night- 0 I took care of DH he was getting sick.

    Activity tonight- washing clothes I guess. It is a pretty good work out, my laundry room is outside on the carport.

     

  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium

    S- plain ff greek yogurt w/agave

    L- spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green peppers, oil/vinegar; almond butter

    S- WG crackers

    D- tuna, and probably a spinach salad

     

    W- FIRM video 

    Yesterday- didn't get a chance to do my workout because I ended up having to work OT.  Boo!

  • Breakfast - coffee

    Lunch - gyros salad and hummus

    Dinner - not sure yet.  probably something light because of my bigger than normal lunch. Shrimp salad maybe.

    Snack- trident gum =)  It helps keep my snack cravings at bay

    Yesterday - I did well eating wise.  I worked late again last night and then watched the game so I didnt get a workout in.  BOOOO!

    Activity - I am going after work to get the Fit plus....Im hoping that gets me some motivation since I have heards it's more fun than the regular fit.

  • Breakfast:  100 Calorie English Muffin w/ lf cream cheese & low sugar jelly, coffee

    Lunch:   English Muffin Pizza w/ Trader Joe's non-fat pizza sauce & 2% shredded mozzarella, apple

    Snack:  Trader Joe's Multigrain Crackers, clemetine

    Dinner:  Homemade pizza w/ lots of veggies on it

    Wow, were my food choices pretty much the same all day or what! I really need to go to the grocery store.

    Activity:  40 minutes on the treadmill

    Yesterday:  I stayed on track eating yesterday and got in 30 minutes on the treadmill after work.

    Activity-just finished C25K-Week 2-day 1 right before getting on here-Wow! I'm beat!

    I'm also wayyy pissed at self cause I gained 3 1/2 lbs in 5 days?! yeah, I don't get it.  AND i just started a workout program on the 1st.

  • B - Egg, sausage, and cheese omlete, orange juice

    L- Salad and crystal light

    Snack - not sure, maybe some fruit

    D - Figure it out when DH gets home

    Activity - I am planning to take the pup out to play in the snow and then going to try and do my Wii Active

    Yesterday - I did ok with the eating but I didn't exercise.  I am fighting a sinus infection so my energy level is low.

    You could be retaining water weight.  Your body can do that when you start a new exercise regimen.  Try drinking more water (even though I'm sure you're drinking a lot as it is!).

    Also, when I kick up my exercise I notice I'm naturally more hungry because of it and am apt to add to my portions/snack a bit more...just something to keep in mind!

  • Stuck with the plan yesterday, including sitting on my butt, but ate 2 extra chocolates instead of having a beer (because we didn't have any beer).

    B: Raisin Bran, yogurt, green tea

    L: my coworkers are trying to talk me into going out to eat because I'm sad and have no appetite. So probably something unhealthy.

    D: Penne with olives and tomatoes

    Activity: Cry and throw a totally premature self pity party. Possibly go to the gym.
