and thanks everyone! we are super excited. luckily in Rochester, the housing market is pretty unchanging, so you can get a lot of house for your money compared to about anywhere else in the country.
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.

well, i dont think there's really a ton to do inside. mostly re-painting.
one of the bathrooms has a less than tasteful tile color. its a green/gold color... mucus is the first word that comes to mind... not exactly what you want to be thinking of in a room you go to get clean, so I'd like to redo the whole tub/tile area.
the kitchen is in great shape, but has a little more of a "country kitchen" look then i would like. Our personal style is somewhere between contemporary and minimal/modern, so i'm sure that will need to be updated eventually.
