Wow.
My MIL came here today and bought a car - yay MIL. Well one of the salesmen was going through the car she traded in and found some stuff that she left in it. She still has our wedding program in her car. LOL. Just looking at it brought back so many wonderful memories of that day.

That sounds interesting. Are you in the mood to tell us all what happened? Because now I'm curious.
Oh nothing that no one else dealt with.
I was ready to throw the towel in the night before. At the rehearsal my directors wanted to do the wedding the way they wanted. I asked that the groomsmen and groom walk down the isle (wedding was outside), but they wanted them to come in from the side of the door of the house and walk from the side to reach the alter. I think they thought they could magically apparate and appear in the spots for them to stand. I didnt get the big deal about them walking down the isle. Well I had no idea they were all pisssed off about, so when DH called me and told me I told him we would just forget about the whole thing. I mean it was MY wedding - not theirs and I wanted it done the way I wanted it.
Also I wanted beer and wine at the reception. My SIL (the house we had it at) said it was ok with her. Well a week before the wedding her husband who is more holy than thou told me that his church members would be there and didnt want alcohol at the wedding. This sent me into a tizzy b.c I could have had the wedding at my moms with no alcohol issue. It wasnt like anyone would be getting drunk.
All in all the day went well - the preacher forgot our tribute we wanted to make for our fathers (both passed when we were young), but it was still a good day. Hot as all get out, but a good day.
