I have 2 dozen cupcakes sitting at my desk...
...and the smell is wafting towards me and driving me nuts!! They are vanilla rainbow chip cupcakes with dark chocolate icing. I made them for a coworker's birthday.
You think she'll notice if one or two are missing? Why do they give you so much darn icing in those containers anyway? I iced 24 cupcakes and still had almost half of the container left. It's like they want you to eat the rest of it straight out of the jar.
I need to get these things away from me!

I've resisted so far, but just asked another coworker when we're going to light these things up, sing the song and get on with the eating.
I'm the designated cupcake maker for birthdays. There's only a handful of us that celebrate our birthdays with each other, but it's fun
I LOVE cupcakes. I would have to put them somewhere else. When I was in NYC last month, I went to 2 cupcake places - Crumbs and Magnolia. They're pretty much my favorite thing.
I'm exhausted today - Jack was up for about an hour at 3am. Rough!
I am with Toni on this one: exhausted and an avid fan of little individual cakes also referred to as cupcakes!

Add me to the cupcake fans and whoever mentioned Crumbs and Magnolia made me miss living in North Jersey. If anyone knows someplace in South Jersey or Philly that makes awesome cupcakes, you'll be my new best friend.
At least I got to eat a cupcake today due to my genius idea of letting the summer birthday kids celebrate their half birthdays. It took a lot of will power to not swipe a 2nd one before letting her go offer the extras to other teachers.

i adore (aka drool over) McMillans cupcakes. they are more dense than a typical box cake cupcake. I have been going there i think since birth and I had them at my wedding.
They are in Collingswood, right past the Wawa on 561 and Cuthbert Rd. Big neon sign says McMIllans. every time we go visit my parents in SC my dad requests cupcakes!
I've been to McMillan's before but only for donuts that we saw on the news. I haven't really been over near there since my H moved out of his apartment.
I'm home alone, I wonder if I have the ingredients to bake tonight.
