What the hell does SAIFW mean?
I keep seeing it in people's siggys (I refuse to actually lurk on The Bump) and I cannot figure it out.

And yeah, I don't get why they're "welcome." Shouldn't it just be "SAI"? Or are they trying to welcome success? I'm so confused.

Hey ladies. I used to be a part of this board but have not been on here in a while. I am going throug infertility treatments and I am on the infertility board. We put SAIFW in our signatures to let the people that are pregnant after having feritlity treatments know that its ok for them to comment on a post. Sometimes seeing tickers and stuff like that can be hard when you are going through something like a failed IUI or IVF cycle.
