Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Steph, and I just got married in October. I am originally from Lancaster, but I bought my first house in Middletown in 2008 to be closer to my job in Harrisburg. Even though I have been in Dauphin county for over a year, I find myself going back to Lancaster to do everything bc that's where I'm comfortable. DH and I are hoping to travel in the next year, so we can focus on a family in about a year or two.
I am excited to talk to everyone. I have been a lurker for some time now, but I was nervous about posting after a bad experience with the national knot boards (as my cousin (in-law), "Raeant" alluded to in another post) But she had a lot of great things to say about the Central PA board and encouraged me to give it a shot.

Hi, welcome. I know what you mean about going back to your hometown to do things. I lived out near Manheim and was always driving back home out of comfort and I knew where things were.
I work in Middletown and commute about 35-45 minutes a day to get here.
