This is pretty interesting - it is a little motion sensor you wear and it calculates your activity level and calories burned during the day.

It's a nice concept, but I wonder how accurate it is? I'd maybe think about buying it out of curiosity, but not for $100.
Re: Personal Fitness Checker
It's actually $99 for 4 months....so it's $300 a year
It seems ok...but I don't think I need to spend money to have a little machine tell me to go for a walk or fly a kite. It's cool that the program is encouraging spending time with you family at the park, a lake, etc and reminding us that it is a form of good quality time and exercise depending on what you do....and maybe for some people they need a program to tell them that but honestly....it's kinda...duh. I feel like as a society we (as in the general we) depend on little machines to do the things and tell us things that we already know but just lack the confidence to do unless something or someone else tells us to do it.
buahahaha
"honey we have to move so I can be on top to burn more calories"
Great mood enhancer!
Ya know back in the day when DH and I were new in our relationship...I did notice benefits of being so active. I really did burn lots of calories. Maybe I should get back on top of that....pun intended. hahaha
Shouldn't have eaten that damn M&M
ROFL!
