Where to refinance?
Does anyone here have suggestions on where I should refinance my house?
I appreciate any advice.

We have all personal and commercial lines through Huntington. We recently refinanced with them as they offered us the best rate. However, our inspector that they chose for us was a PIA and almost lost us our rate over being stupid. Thankfully, my contact at Huntington was great and was able to get our rate extended for us. The one thing I don't like is that you can NOT make bi-weekly payments unless you use (and pay for) an outside service. Silly to me...so we just opened an addt'l savings account to funnel the money into bi-weekly to ensure we budget the extra house payment each year. Also, I had taxes and insurance set up as escrow.. I received a bill for insurance b/c it never got taken care of. However,it was a quick remedy and not entirely sure if it was the bank or the insurance's fault.
All in all, I would give the experience a B, but overall as a customer, I give them A+.
