Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Am I a re-tard? Re: Granite Transformations
I've called the Granite Transformations toll free number at least 6 times on 2 different phones and keep getting a message that the line was disconnected.
The guy just emailed me the other day. So are they out of business, or can I just not dial toll free numbers like a normal person?

What the heck? I dialed it on my cell and my work phone and couldn't get through. The guy I emailed is going to think I'm a wack job.
I'll try again today and report back.

I have no clue what the problem was yesterday (probably me), but it's working today.
I'm setting up an appointment now.
