TTC and Sex...
"They" say to lie down after sex to let the sperm do its thing instead of jumping up to clean up.
I've always headed to the bathroom immediately to clean up because the 'stuff' just comes out of me! LOL!
The other day, (we're TTC) I layed there for a bit, using a t-shirt to cover myself up so it wouldn't come out and get everywhere, but the experts say to stay that way for 20 min.. true?
Any tips on how to make this process easier? Or is this just the way to do it?

I do believe you are supposed to lay there for a bit and let gravity do some of the work. However, most of it should be sufficienty in there to do the trick, between the force of his ejaculation and the muscle contractions you get from orgasm.
I wouldn't worry about using anything to plug yourself up. Why not just lay there and relax a bit after you're done?
Haven't you heard of the Diva Cup? You put it in to hold the spermies inside you, then you stand on your head.
Don't use a tampon, that will absorb the semen and dry you out.
The most effective way is to have him cvm inside of you and then you need to do a handstand against a wall for at least 20-25 minutes. This will allow a solid bond between the sperm and the egg.

and if you are going to wait afterwards you might want to keep a towel handy instead of using a tshirt.
Have you been to the doctor yet? You might want to go first, make sure you're on any vitamins you should be on, and you'll have an opportunity to ask questions.
Make sure that you prop your legs on pillows or footboard as high as you can. Also have him retire slowly, you don't want any spermies to come out. Stay that way at least an hour, that's how long it usually takes for the spermies to swim up.
Actually he should help you propping your feet up, you should not move from that bed until at least an hr or two.

whether you pee or do a hand stand if the sperm wants to find your egg it will, if not then try again and if it still doesn't work see a doctor. I hope you are joking about this, it's not even funny if you are serious.
But dude maybe if you stick a plug in you the sperm will stay...just a thought.
This. I think you need to find some new "experts". Sperm have tails for a reason... they don't get to your Fallopian tubes via gravity!

that's what i'm sayin..how the heck are so many young girls getting pregnant then? i highly doubt they are laying there, or standing on their heads to get prego on puurpose. lol
